I believe the most important piece of therapy is you, the client. I work heavily from person centered and CBT techniques. Our session is your time to discuss whatever is on your mind, and there is no right or wrong way to do that, I will guide you.

My own life experiences have allowed me to recognize the importance of having an outside support and an unbiased individual in our circle

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Life can be hectic at times! Do not allow childcare to be a barrier to seeking treatment. Children are welcome if you are comfortable!

More about me and my practice:

I offer in person and telehealth services, and some clients use a combination of both! . My practice does have a parking lot with free parking
