My approach to therapy is to empathically meet my patients where they are at and through the therapeutic process assist you in achieving emotional relief. I utilize several theoretical approaches to therapy based on the needs of my patients.

Goal setting is collaborative and evolves over time. My patients identify what their goals are and I focus on assisting them in monitoring progress and achieving their goals.

Of always wanting to help others I decided to combine my life experiences and work in the the behavioral health field to become a therapist.
