I will always listen to your emotions first; I also have a background informed by neuroscience. My approach helps you feel your emotions while also learning why your brain's autopilot works the way it does.

Face the scary thing you want to see change. Sometimes this goes into identity, family of origin, philosophy, spirituality, uncertainty, and also the things that bring you joy.

I specialize in working with people who:

Want to work on identity, anxiety and their relationships. I primarily work with LGBTQ+ clients, and all are welcome. I also hold space for that particular overlap of neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ issues.

I became a therapist because:

I believe in the power of having a space to speak unfiltered. I think the most powerful change starts with hearing ourselves say something out loud.

I’m fully telehealth which offers tons of flexibility. If you are located anywhere in Pennsylvania, we are able to work together. I have no waitlist.
