As a Black and queer therapist, I'm dedicated to liberation; I help folx to get honest with themselves and others, use their values to shape life goals and unlearn restrictive mores that have aided in their oppression.

Lean into identifying and understanding values, and build a more values-aligned life. I believe folx deserve to be their best selves and I have a few tools that can aid in that discovery journey.

As a budding certified sex therapist, I use alliance, goal setting, and evaluation in therapy to assess clients' challenges, validate their identities and navigations, and promote strengths and values-based living.
