An experienced psychotherapist who will build a caring relationship with you to resolve your difficult life experiences from your past that negatively affect you in the present. We will work together to help you with the issues in your life that are the most problematic for you. I have helped people for over 40 years to better understand themselves.

If you grew up in a dysfunctional family and have felt misunderstood, or been neglected, emotionally, physically and/or sexually abused, and find that these experiences are still causing them significant stress, we will explore these issues together. We will work together to help you resolve past trauma or abuse that negatively impacts you in the present,

I had the emotionally painful experience of growing up in a dysfunctional family myself, and I understand how that can harm a person's self-confidence, self-concept and take away a feeling of peace with oneself. My life's mission is to help others heal from the trauma that is caused by early negative life experiences in one's family.

As a psychotherapist for over forty years, my goal is to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship with you and help you heal your emotional wounds from the past that still interfere with you having the creative and fulfilling life that you want.
