I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we explore patterns, identify goals, and work to understand what’s getting in the way of you becoming who you want to be. I thoughtfully challenge you when needed, and encourage you to make room for kindness and self-compassion.

Our work together will involve identifying unhelpful patterns that may be keeping you stuck, understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and exploring what matters most to you. We'll discuss and practice coping strategies, and talk about about steps you can take to start living in alignment with your values.

Clients often describe me as warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I work to create a space where my client's feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I'm very present in sessions. I actively listen and remember important details mentioned in previous sessions, which makes my client's feel seen, heard, and supported.
