I take a client-centered approach with all of my clients. I firmly believe that everyone has the ability to be, and do, whatever their heart desires, and I am here encourage you and help you develop the tools you need to achieve all of your goals.

Therapy is about you, therefore the goals are all about you. Generally, I have the client identify a couple of goals and together we break big goals down into smaller goals so that we can achieve the big goal with as much ease as possible.

My goal is for the client to be comfortable. I want you to be relaxed and feel like you can speak openly to me.

I have worked with clients from all walks of life. I am able to work with anyone. I have found myself to be drawn to adolescents, individuals struggling with substance abuse, and individuals dealing with various mental health conditions.

Everyone needs someone in their corner to encourage them, motivate them, and help them overcome various obstacles.
