Therapy is about you, therefore the goals are all about you. Generally, I have the client identify a couple of goals and together we break big goals down into smaller goals so that we can achieve the big goal with as much ease as possible.

My goal is for the client to be comfortable. I want you to be relaxed and feel like you can speak openly to me.

Everyone needs someone in their corner to encourage them, motivate them, and help them overcome various obstacles.

I take a client-centered approach with all of my clients. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you identify and develop the tools you need to achieve all of your therapeutic goals.
