Something to know about my approach is that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy is a space to slow down, feel understood, and gently make sense of what you’ve been carrying. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion while helping you discover what may be ready for something new.

Together we will create a space where you can be fully yourself without having to perform or pretend that everything is okay. We’ll make sense of what you’ve experienced, uncover what may be keeping you stuck, and build a deeper trust in yourself so you can move toward the life you want.

My clients describe me as warm, genuine, encouraging, and easy to talk to. They often say they feel truly heard and accepted, while appreciating that I gently challenge them when it matters. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale—with room for honesty, humor, hard conversations, and hope.
