We'll rediscover and find a life with balance, joy, meaning, and purpose by restoring your untapped potential and finding balance within your mind, body, and soul. We can release unprocessed emotion and change unproductive patterns to experience profound, life-altering wholeness.

Clients will feel seen in my deep sensitivity and capacity for attunement. This mystical, sacred space I help others cultivate is where many find elusive healing and impossible joy. I'm honest and gentle in my honesty, while bringing playfulness and humanity to the process.

I love working with college students, adults of all ages, and neurodiverse couples. I work well with: anxiety, neurodivergence, depression, grief/loss, trauma, guilt/shame, overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, chronic health factors, boundaries/coping skills, spirituality/existential, fight/flight/freeze/fawn, sexuality/intimacy issues, and more.

I'm hardwired with a relentless, even stubborn desire for those who cross my path to feel deeply understood and loved for who they are in all their states and complexities--because I want that too. Being a therapist empowers me to do something about the many folks who move through the world without the space to discover the fullness of themselves.
