I specialize in helping women and girls manage anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem so they can feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their emotions and daily lives.

I wanted to become a therapist because I understand how past experiences shape present functioning, and I wanted to help others heal, grow, and move forward without being defined by their pain.

I attended Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY where I majored in psychology and minored in women's and gender studies. I received my master's degree at Bay Path University, a small women's college in Massachusetts. My background has contributed to me being super passionate about working with young girls, women, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
