As a human services professional, I needed to understand how mental health impacted daily functioning and decision making to better serve others.

My desire is to help others who have been down for a long or short term to discover The Way Up to living an abundant life despite past or present challenges. The Way Up is newly birthed and provides Coaching, Conversation, Counseling and Supervision.
