Hola! Great to meet you. I’m so glad you’re here! Congratulations on taking this important step towards your journey of self-discovery. As we embark on this therapeutic adventure together, my main focus is to cultivate a warm and supportive relationship built on openness, curiosity, compassion, trust, and acceptance.

Together, we'll make space for the version of you that's been waiting underneath the deadlines, responsibilities, and expectations. Women often come in carrying the weight of everyone else's needs while quietly putting themselves last. Men often arrive after years of believing they have to figure everything out on their own.

I specialize in working with people who are driven, compassionate, and deeply capable—but who have quietly been carrying more than anyone realizes. Many of my clients are professionals navigating the invisible weight of success—burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, relationship stress, and the pressure to keep it all together.

Like many of my clients, had to seek therapy to work through my own childhood traumas and insecure attatchment. I found therapy such a transformative experience and I too wanted to help other experience the same liberation and freedom that comes with digging deeper into who you are.

Success can be a funny thing. Sometimes we spend years climbing the ladder only to realize it's leaning against the wrong wall—or at least not the only wall we want to climb. Therapy is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with what truly matters to you, and intentionally build a life that reflects your values, not just your accomplishments.
