Like many of my clients, had to seek therapy to work through my own childhood traumas and insecure attatchment. I found therapy such a transformative experience and I too wanted to help other experience the same liberation and freedom that comes with digging deeper into who you are.

Success can be a funny thing. Sometimes we spend years climbing the ladder only to realize it's leaning against the wrong wall—or at least not the only wall we want to climb.
