My approach to therapy is collaborative, mindful, and holistic. I create a space where you feel truly seen and understood as a whole person. I’m gentle and supportive while offering honest guidance when needed.

My clients describe me as approachable, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I bring a mix of empathy, humor, and honesty into sessions, helping clients feel safe while also gently challenging them to grow.

I specialize in working with children and teens, adults, and couples who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, relationship stress, and life transitions. I support clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for meaningful change.

I became a therapist to offer others the kind of support I needed growing up. Over time, my passion has expanded to working with children, adults, and couples. I’m deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate growth, heal, and become their most authentic selves in a space free from shame or judgment.
