My approach is relational. Our relationships measure the quality of our lives. The therapeutic relationship can be leveraged to understand how you relate to others outside of the therapy room. My goal is to help my clients improve their relationships so they can improve their lives. I take a liberation health model to explore the impact of oppression.

Together, we will explore important relationships in your life, starting with your family of origin. We will explore how you relate to yourself and how this impacts your relationships with friends, neighbors, colleagues, and others. My speciality is relationship conflict stemming from religious trauma and career-value misalignment.
