Together, we'll slow down long enough to understand what's driving the anxiety, exhaustion, and self-doubt. Then we'll apply that understanding to help you respond differently, think more clearly, and feel more like yourself again.

Warm but direct. Clients often tell me I ask the questions they've been avoiding, help them see things from a new perspective, and challenge them in a way that feels supportive. The work we do in session carries into everyday life.

In the first session, we'll spend our time helping me understand what's bringing you into therapy so I can better understand your world and how to help. The first session is different than the other appointments because I'll be doing more question asking than usual, so I have the best picture possible of what's driving your distress.

Medicine was actually my first plan. But the part I kept coming back to wasn't the diagnosis or the physical side of it. It was understanding what was happening in people's inner lives. That's the part I've never stopped being curious about.

I've been practicing since 2013 in a variety of clinical settings before founding Dimensions Counseling Center. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches like EMDR, ACT, and the Gottman Method, with a focus on helping people understand what's keeping them stuck and create lasting change.
