I work with people who are tired of overthinking, second-guessing themselves, and feeling like they always have to hold it together. Therapy is a place to understand what's keeping you stuck and make meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we'll slow down long enough to understand what's driving the anxiety, exhaustion, and self-doubt. Then we'll apply that understanding to help you respond differently, think more clearly, and feel more like yourself again.

Warm but direct. Clients often tell me I ask the questions they've been avoiding, help them see things from a new perspective, and challenge them in a way that feels supportive. The work we do in session carries into everyday life.

Have been "high-functioning" for so long that anxiety and exhaustion have become background noise. They aren't always sure when things changed. They just know the way they've always handled life isn't working anymore, and they're ready to understand why rather than keep pushing through.

Medicine was actually my first plan. But the part I kept coming back to wasn't the diagnosis or the physical side of it. It was understanding what was happening in people's inner lives. That's the part I've never stopped being curious about.

I've been practicing since 2013 in a variety of clinical settings before founding Dimensions Counseling Center. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches like EMDR, ACT, and the Gottman Method, with a focus on helping people understand what's keeping them stuck and create lasting change.
