You don’t have to hold everything together by yourself anymore. You might look like you’re functioning on the outside, but internally, you’re overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted. Maybe your mind won’t slow down, you’re constantly overthinking, or you feel like you’re failing at things that “shouldn’t be this hard.”

For many of the clientele I work with, there’s also a deeper layer, like recently discovering ADHD, navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, or trying to figure out who you even are in the middle of all of this. I help overwhelmed and high-functioning individuals understand how their brain actually works, so things finally start to make sense.

My style is direct, honest, and supportive. If you’re looking for therapy that is both compassionate and effective, and, if you want, faith can be integrated into the work, then we may be a good fit. I currently offer virtual therapy for adults (14+) in Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida, with limited evening availability.
