While I do work a lot out of CBT and Choice Theory, I believe that every client needs to be met where they are and the approach needs to be catered to their needs. My goal is always to help you reach your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist after watching two people I love really struggle. Therapists helped them and I wanted to be able to help others the same way.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer telehealth so you can be where ever and however you feel most comfortable. I know therapy can be overwhelming so I want to make it easier.

More about me and my practice:

I work with clients in the later afternoons and evenings because I know it can be hard for those who work full time to see a therapist. We do telehealth so you can meet with me from anywhere.
