I believe therapy should meet you where you are. I’ll help you change unhelpful thought patterns, process difficult emotions, and work through challenges so you can feel more connected, less stressed, and in control of your life and relationships.

Together, we will create a safe space to explore your struggles, improve communication, reduce stress, and reconnect with your partner. I’ll help you build tools to manage stress and anxiety and find balance in your relationships and life.

I work with women & couples who feel stressed, stuck, or disconnected in their relationships. My clients often juggle work, family, & everything in between but want less tension, better communication, & more happiness in their lives & relationships.

I became a therapist after watching two people I love really struggle. Therapists helped them and I wanted to be able to help others the same way.

I work with clients in the later afternoons and evenings because I know it can be hard for those who work full time to see a therapist. We do telehealth so you can meet with me from anywhere.
