I meet you where you are. No scripts, no lectures. We figure out how you'd rather feel, and I pull from different tools depending on what fits. Some want to know where things started, and others just want to feel better. Both are fine. You'll leave each session with something you can actually use, not just think about. Oh, and we might laugh. That's allowed.

Figure out what you want to be different and build a plan to get there. I ask questions, listen more than talk, and am honest with you. We'll work on the stuff that's actually bothering you, not what a textbook says should bother you. Whether it's anxiety, grief, trauma, or just feeling stuck, we'll move at your pace. You set the goals. I help you get there.

Real, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. Someone who actually gets it. I've been told I make people feel safe enough to say things they've never said out loud before. I'm direct but not pushy, warm but not fluffy. I'll challenge you when you need it and back off when you don't. Also, apparently, I'm funny. I'll take it and run.
