I utilize a client-centered, strength-based, goal-directed approach. I borrow from CBT, DBT, and Motivational interviewing.

We will work together to set goals, evaluate progress, identify barriers, and process underlying concerns. The therapeutic process is flexible and will be adjusted to meet your needs, wants, and goals.

I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, substance use, anxiety, depression, negative self-esteem, stress, life transitions, and interpersonal issues.

I became a therapist to walk beside people who are struggling to help provide hope and healing.

My practice is fully tele-health, so you can do therapy from virtually anywhere!

When I’m not working, I enjoy being outside, doing puzzles, listening to podcasts, spending time with my dog and partner, trying new coffee shops, and traveling whenever I can :)
