My practice is grounded on knowledge, trust, empathy, and a nonjudgmental stance. Employing a bottom-up framework, I integrate evidence-based modalities—CBT, DBT, EMDR, ARC, TF-CBT, hypnotherapy, and play therapy—within an eclectic, client-centered approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and loss. In our initial sessions, we will collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your goals, strengths, and steps toward healing.

I began a career in therapy to help children, adolescents, adults (ages 3–65), families, and couples make sense of their experiences and effectively navigate life’s challenges across the lifespan. I am passionate about facilitating meaningful change that reduces isolation and strengthens coping with difficult emotions, pain, stress, and trauma.

I integrate play therapy, mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, and DBT to promote long-term healing, safety, and trust. In our first session we’ll review what brought you to therapy and develop a collaborative treatment plan. From there, we’ll manage symptoms, process experiences, and pursue individualized healing aligned with your goals on your healing journey.
