I utilize many modalities in my therapeutic approach however my main focuses are Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I specialize in working with all kinds of trauma, with a focus on the first responder and veteran communities.

Have experienced trauma at some point in their life, whether it was in childhood, as an adult, due to a job, or currently ongoing. I specialize in working with law enforcement and their families. I work with teenagers and adults.
