My approach is patient centered. We spend time to build on what you would like to work on. You learn coping skills and we discuss experiences that can affect current issues. It is important to touch on each issue as they can relate to one another.

Together we will focus on you. We will discuss how cognitive behavioral therapy works to resolve issues. The goal is for you to gain coping skills and identify triggers on your own to work to get to a safe, healthy space.
