My approach is collaborative, and I work closely with each client to create a treatment approach that is tailored to their unique challenges and needs. My primary goals are to help clients better understand themselves and practice self-compassion.

Together, we will take a compassionate and nonjudgmental look at your relationships, experiences, and behaviors, and I will help you identify prominent themes and patterns arising across various contexts so that we can identify areas for change.

My clients generally describe me as authentic, warm, compassionate, and inclusive. They also tend to fall in love with my cat Queen.

I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, particularly gay/ bisexual men dealing with internalized homophobia, as well as trans individuals seeking gender-affirming care. Other specialties include complex/childhood trauma and men's issues. I provide couples therapy and specialize in ethical non-monogamy, high-conflict couples, and same-sex couples.

I was inspired to become a therapist after watching the film "It's a Wonderful Life" when I was sixteen years old. This film made me realize the impact that one person can have on others, and I wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to have a positive influence on others' lives.

During the covid-19 pandemic, I started practicing telehealth and realized that this allowed me to reach LGBTQIA+ clients who lived in areas that lacked access to inclusive care. This became the inspiration for opening my own virtual practice in April, 2022.
