Are human who deal with trauma depression, stress, negative thinking, unsure of what they need, who need someone to support their ability to understand complex topics in science being broken down into simple terms. I specialize in supporting humans in a safe environment.

I love to help people bring out the best in themselves. My form of therapy is helping you find what you have within by supporting knowledge through psycho-education and experience through various therapeutic interventions.

I am a lifelong learner. I may not know something today that I will look into for deeper knowledge into for future reference to support my future clients. The more I learn, the more I can help my clients.
