If past trauma is holding you back, we can gently work through it using EMDR at a pace that feels right. Plus, my therapy pup Charlie is here to offer extra comfort and support whenever you need it.

I work with adults, couples, and families on communication breakdowns, conflict resolution, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I also help individuals manage stress, anxiety, and personal issues, and assist couples rebuild trust.

I love helping people create the life they want. I truly enjoy getting to know people, hearing their stories, and supporting their growth. Meeting people from all backgrounds helps me grow too and be a better counselor. It is so rewarding to watch someone gain confidence, set boundaries, and make the changes they have been hoping for.
