Something to know about my approach is that I don't believe you need to be "fixed." Infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss can bring complex emotions that deserve space and compassion. Together, we'll make sense of your experience, build coping skills, and help you reconnect with yourself and your values.

We will walk together to overcome challenges, learn tools and skills you can use on a daily basis, set boundaries, and help you make the best decisions for YOUR life. You deserve support in the tough parts of life, and a place to celebrate the wins. I'll be here for you with all of it.

Client's would describe me as warm, empathic, and human. I will be real with you, while also holding space for your pain with a caring heart and open mind. I love animals, reading fantasy novels, and outdoor adventures.

I have advanced training in perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) mental health, and fertility counseling. I also specialize in trauma recovery from intimate partner violence, sexual assault, childhood abuse and neglect.

Like most therapists, my own life experiences called me to this profession. Personal experiences with anxiety and depression, self-esteem struggles, family conflict, infertility and motherhood have given me a foundation of compassion and a desire to see others heal and thrive.

Outside of the office, I’m a wife, mom, equestrian, martial artist, fantasy reader, and nature lover who finds peace outdoors and joy in time with my family and dogs.
