Trauma impacts every aspect of our humanity- thought processes, behaviora patterns, our ability to manage emotions, attachment to others, nervous system regulation and more. Therefore, I believe it is crucial to utilize various evidence-based methods to address trauma symptoms- fostering holistic healing and post traumatic growth.

We will learn new ways to cope, regulate our emotions and finally learn what having a safe space feels like. When ready, we will finally look at and heal the things laid buried inside, the trauma you fought so hard to hide, so that it no longer has a hold on you and you can be set free. Then, we will learn how to go from surviving to thriving.

My clients describe me as safe, warm, authentic, and inviting. As a trauma survivor myself, I bring a deep sense of understanding, empathy, and passion into the therapy space. Sometimes we may laugh, in others we may shed tears; but you will always be seen, supported and most importantly safe.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced complex trauma such as childhood abuse, neglect, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I understand that with trauma often comes with other struggles such as depression, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, substance abuse, family problems, questions of faith and more. All are welcome here.

As a trauma survivor myself, know how deeply trauma can impact every part of a person's life- but I also know that healing IS possible. I know how impossible it may seem and how hard healing is, but with the right support I believe anything is possible. It is my mission to help others find hope and guide them towards restoration that I know is within reach.

I believe that we are mind, body and soul. Therefore, I also offer faith-based integration of services for those whom it may resonate with. This is at the discretion of the client. Regardless, every life deserves healing, wholeness and freedom and every life is welcome here.
