Trauma impacts every aspect of our humanity- how we think, relate, regulate emotions, and experience safety in our bodies. Because of this, I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from evidence based methods to support holistic healing, resilience, and post-traumatic growth.

Clients often describe me as warm, authentic, and inviting. As a trauma survivor, I bring deep empathy and understanding into the therapy space. Our work may include moments of laughter or tears, but you will always be met with care, support, and a strong sense of safety.

I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced complex trauma, including childhood abuse, neglect, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Trauma often intersects with anxiety, depression, coping struggles, substance use, family dynamics, and questions of faith. You are welcome here, just as you are.

I became a therapist because, as a trauma survivor, I have seen firsthand how deeply trauma can impact a person’s life. I also believe healing is possible, even in the midst of pain. It is my mission to help others find hope and move toward restoration with compassion and support.

I take a holistic approach that honors mind, body, and soul, and I offer faith-based integration when it feels meaningful to the client. This is always optional and guided by individual comfort. All people are welcome here, and everyone deserves healing, wholeness, and freedom.
