Trauma impacts multiple facets of an individual- thought processes, behavioral patterns, ability to regulate emotions, attachment to others, nervous system regulation and more. Therefore I believe it is crucial to integrate various evidence-based methods to address trauma symptoms, fostering holistic healing and resilience.

While making sure you are well regulated, properly resources and have the coping skills necessary- we will finally look at the things laid buried inside, the trauma you fought so hard to hide. We will process them effectively so that it no longer has a hold on you and you can be set free. Then we will learn how to go from surviving to thriving.

My clients describe me as warm, authentic, and an inviting presence. As a trauma survivor myself, I bring a deep sense of understanding, empathy, and passion into the therapy space. Sometimes we may laugh, others we may become tearful; but you will always be seen, supported and most importantly- safe.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, particularly trauma that is rather complex such as childhood trauma, neglect, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I also understand that with trauma often comes with other issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family problems, questions of faith and more. All are welcome here.

As a trauma survivor myself who has done the work, I know how deeply trauma can impact every part of a person's life- but I also know that healing IS possible. I also know just how hard healing is but with the right support anything is possible. I believe it’s my mission to help others find hope and guide them towards restoration that I know is within reach.

I believe that we are mind, body and soul; therefore, I also offer faith-based integration of services for those whom it may resonate with. This is dependent upon client request and will vary based on client comfort level, beliefs and ideals. Of course, every life deserves healing, wholeness and freedom and every life is welcome here regardless.
