I practice Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), a modern therapy that offers rapid results based on brain science. I combine this approach with others, such as Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theory.

Life history and trauma history are how I get to know you. On about the 3rd visit, I'll determine your attachment style and we'll discuss any problems you have in relationships. But you can expect we'll begin targeting issues from session one.
