My approach is simple- I'm here to help you recognize the parts of yourself that you're proud of and change the parts you want to be different. I believe a comfortable working relationship between us is so important, so I'll always encourage you to give me honest feedback to make sure sessions are supportive and meet your specific needs.

Together we'll focus on your priorities to make life more happy, healthy, and fulfilling. Trust me, there is no problem too big or too small for us to tackle! Therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all service, so sessions with me will always be judgement free zones where authenticity and vulnerability are highly valued.

My clients describe me as patient, down-to-earth, open-minded, and empathetic. Whether the moment calls for laughter or tears, my clients can count on me to meet them wherever they are, validate their feelings, and offer insight to support their personal growth.

I specialize in working with families who have been marginalized by socio-economic barriers, people who have experienced trauma, and those with autism or other types of neurodivergence, or developmental disabilities. Although I have a wealth of experience working with ages 12-18, I'm also passionate about providing therapy to adults throughout the lifespan.
