Q&A
“Kind,” “caring,” “approachable,” “warm,” and “informative.” My clients often describe feeling seen, understood, and well supported in our sessions.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, solution-focused, and grounded in psychological science. This means that the therapies we select will be highly effective and perfectly suited to empower you in reaching your personal goals.
In therapy, we'll collaborate to help you gain clarity about your current challenges. From there, we will build upon your strengths with new strategies and skills to get "unstuck" from your move forward towards lasting change & growth.
I specialize in helping clients break free from emotional barriers, such as anxiety, fear, and self-doubt. Free from those barriers, they are empowered to connect to their fullest potential in their relationships, work, and life in general.
I struggled with anxiety and self-doubt through much of my younger years. For me, there is no greater gift than to offer others what I once needed.
