My number one goal is to cultivate a space where you feel safe and empowered to be your authentic, honest self.

I've experience my own loss and suffering. To me, therapy is a way to make meaning of my experience through helping and holding others. I consider it an immense honor to bear witness to the pain of others and watch them courageously dream and strive for something new. Time and time again, I am astounded by the resiliency and beauty of the human spirit.
