I use a blend of talk therapy, somatic experiencing, and coaching to help you tap into your inner wisdom and reconnect with yourself through an atmosphere filled with fun, humor, and authentic connection.

help you learn to recognize and disrupt unhelpful patterns, get clear on what you want and need, and start making decisions that feel more in line with your values and true self.

I specialize in working with people who:

have or are actively experiencing abuse in a relationship; are struggling with connecting to their body due to trauma, societal conditioning, and/or disordered eating; struggle with secure attachments and safe connections.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to be a safe person for individuals who are seeking support.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am licensed in both LA and TX. I offer in person sessions in North Austin two days a week and virtual sessions to others located in each state.

I strive to honor each person's unique life experience by tailoring my clinical approach to best meet individual needs. I enjoy getting to know each person and assisting them in recognizing and utilizing their strengths to enhance their lives.
