Together we will work collaboratively on your goals for therapy. I’ll support you with curiosity and compassion as we explore patterns, build coping tools, and move toward healing, connection, and meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.

My clients describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and humorous. One thing they often say is that my sense of humor help them feel more at ease. I use humor as a way to build connection and make the therapy space feel more human and relatable.

I specialize in working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship and interpersonal challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and navigating life transitions. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for teens and adults.

I became a therapist because I’m both deeply empathetic and endlessly curious. I’ve always been interested in what shapes people into who they are.

I offer both in-person or virtual therapy. Our office is conveniently located in the central Austin area. We are located near transit bus routes.

More about me and my practice: I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, which means I’ve completed my degree and am provisionally licensed while working under supervision. I’m available weekdays from 12 PM to 9 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM.
