We'll identify what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and create meaningful changes that align with the life you want to live. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges or burnout. Many are successful and capable on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or exhausted on the inside. They want to better understand themselves, build healthier patterns, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

I became a therapist because I'm passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and discover their own strengths. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and supported. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they gain insight, overcome obstacles, and create lives that feel more balanced and fulfilling.

My practice, Alera Psychotherapy, provides individual therapy for adults in Austin and throughout Texas via telehealth. I offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can slow down, reflect, and work toward meaningful change. I provide both in-person and virtual appointments and currently accept several major insurance plans.
