My style is direct, warm, and collaborative. I won’t shy away from the hard stuff, and I’ll challenge you when patterns are keeping you stuck. We’re not just going to talk about symptoms. We’re going to get to what’s actually driving them.

Together we will get to the root of what’s driving anxiety, trauma responses, or addictive patterns. I use EMDR therapy to help your nervous system process what it’s still holding onto, so anxiety, reactivity, or the urge to numb out start to lose their grip.

My clients would describe me as attuned, real, and someone who truly gets it. I bring humor, directness, and compassion into the work, creating a space that feels both supportive and honest. You’ll feel understood here but I won’t just sit back if something is keeping you stuck. I value authenticity and meet you where you are.

I specialize in working with teens and adults who feel stuck—like your mind won’t slow down, the past shows up in your reactions or relationships, or you’re using something to get through the day. Many have tried therapy that didn’t go deep enough and want something more intentional and real. I help you get to what’s driving it so things can finally shift.

I became a therapist because I struggled as a teen and young adult and never found a therapist who truly “got it.” I wanted someone with lived experience who understood what I was going through. Too often, therapists felt disconnected. I became the therapist I wish I had—real, engaged, and understanding.
