My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I use EMDR, IFS parts work, and play-based methods to support healing at your pace. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore emotions, stories, and identity. I'm also open to including faith or spirituality when it's meaningful to you.
