With 15+ years of experience, I offer telehealth therapy across Texas, focusing on trauma, anxiety, identity concerns, and relationship issues. I’m trained in EMDR and other evidence-based modalities, but I center the person — not the protocol. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported while doing the real work of change.
