I help women who are exhausted from anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing learn how to set healthier boundaries, quiet the inner critic, and stop carrying everything alone. I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel seen, understood, and supported through difficult seasons of life. I believe healing happens when people have a safe space to be honest, challenged, and reminded they do not have to carry everything alone.

I provide in-person therapy in Cedar Hill and virtual sessions across Texas for women, teens, and children. My practice focuses on anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. I value therapy that feels warm, practical, and grounded in real change, not just surface-level coping.
