I help you build skills using cognitive behavioral interventions to feel better day to day. I also integrate a family systems approach- the idea that we all affect each other- to explore your role in the world and help you understand your worth.

I work with families and young adults when things feel overwhelming and hard. Together, we will explore how your beliefs about yourself and the world impact how you feel, and come up with practical steps to help you feel better.

Clients tend to tell me that I'm warm, funny, and understanding, and that they can feel how much I genuinely care about them.

I specialize in working with those with OCD and anxiety disorders, as well as with families to improve communication. I also have personal experience with hard life transitions, and am here to walk alongside you when you're deep in the hard stuff.

I became a therapist because I love people, and am grateful to be a witness to their stories and their growth.

Being in therapy is hard work because you make space for yourself to fully experience the range of human emotions, from fear, anger, and shame to joy, compassion, and tenderness. You don't have to do it alone: I'm here to be in all of it with you.
