I became a therapist because I’ve always believed people need a space where they can be fully themselves and feel heard without judgment. I love helping people understand themselves differently, work through what has been weighing on them, and recognize that change is possible even when life feels heavy.

My practice is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I bring warmth, honesty, humor when appropriate, and years of experience into our work together. Therapy with me is not about being perfect, it’s about feeling supported while gaining the tools, confidence, and clarity to move forward.
