I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, meaning that we will consider: What do you think about your situation? How do you feel about it? What are you doing about it? Then, together, we'll figure out what needs to change and how to accomplish it.

Together, we will:

Identify the issues you want to address and then dig in to get to the root of the problem. Once you understand how you got to be where you are, then that will shed light on where you should go from here.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced Trauma with a capital "T" and/or trauma with a lowercase "t." (I'll explain what I mean by that.) No one gets out of this life unscathed, so chances are quite good that I specialize in working with people just like you.

More about me and my practice:

I am a mental health "prosumer;" that is, I am a mental health services professional and a mental health services consumer. My experience as a consumer informs my practice considerably.
