I became a therapist because I saw how often high achievers and perfectionists suffer in silence, carrying heavy burdens of self-doubt, guilt, and burnout while trying to “do it all.” I wanted to create a space where people could be truly seen, heard, and supported in letting go of impossible expectations and embracing their worth beyond achievement.
