I provide a nonjudgemental space for intrusive thoughts to breathe, supporting you in addressing not just the symptoms but the deeper roots of your challenges. You are the expert of your own story, and my goal is to create a safe space where you can show up as your true self, even if you are still discovering who that is.

I have experienced the pressure to achieve and understand how perfectionism and anxiety can manifest. Having navigated this journey in the pursuit of a full life, I’m equipped to support clients — and I genuinely take joy in helping others. I’m grateful for the experiences that help me relate on a deeper level and bring that insight into our work together.

I hope to support and guide you in a space where you feel genuinely heard, seen, valued and even challenged when helpful. I believe that many of our current mental health struggles, such as anxiety, perfectionism, addiction are serving protective or other roles. Bringing compassion and curiosity can help shift the perspective and foster meaningful progress.
