Build solutions! Therapy should not be treated as a "one size fits all" process; finding the right custom fit for you will necessarily take some degree of purposeful experimentation. With that in mind, your input is extremely valuable and actively encouraged at all stages of therapy.

I do strive to keep this an even-handed, conversational, and productive therapeutic relationship at every turn by remaining open, empathic, available, and non-judgmental. During our time together, it will always be OK to be you.

I have 13 years of experience treating individuals with specializations including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, grief & loss, life transitions, men's issues, relationship problems, self-esteem, social anxiety, substance abuse and addictions, and trauma.

I was thoroughly lost in my 20s, and I found a fantastic therapist who ultimately showed me I could translate my past pain into something positive.
