I’m a therapist who helps people understand their inner world and gently work through stuck patterns and trauma using body-based, compassionate approaches. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed.

I help you untangle the messy, complicated parts of being human. Using mind-body approaches, I’ll support you as you work through trauma, anxiety, and inner struggles. Together, we’ll explore the different parts of yourself and use gentle, effective methods to help you process difficult experiences—whether they’re from the past or happening now.

People often describe me as warm and easy to connect with. In our work together, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome—even the ones that feel messy, stuck, or difficult to share. I show up with honesty, care, and curiosity, and I’m here to help you move through what’s hard with support and clarity.

I became a therapist because I truly believe everyone deserves relief and peace. As a natural helper who’s experienced the power of therapy firsthand, I use my skills to guide others with understanding and care toward greater peace and clarity.

I use mind-body approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand different parts of yourself, and EMDR, a gentle method for processing trauma. Our first session is a welcoming, relaxed space to explore what brought you in and what you hope to work on, moving at your pace with care and curiosity.
