Together, we’ll explore the different parts of yourself and use gentle, effective methods to help you process difficult experiences—whether they’re from the past or happening now.

I became a therapist because I truly believe everyone deserves relief and peace. As a natural helper who’s experienced the power of therapy firsthand, I use my skills to guide others with understanding and care toward greater peace and clarity.

I use mind-body approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand different parts of yourself, and EMDR, a gentle method for processing trauma. Our first session is a welcoming, relaxed space to explore what brought you in and what you hope to work on, moving at your pace with care and curiosity.
