Something to know about my approach is that it is relatable, eclectic, collaborative, and AuDHD-coded. My approach utilizes multiple type sof therapy tailored to you based on what direction you want to go in! I believe in honoring your Autonomy first. I believe you are the true expert of your life. I am simply here to provide more clarity!

Together we will explore various layers of who you are and what it means to live your life. We will probably laugh together, cry together, have inside jokes, have conversations about systemic harm, and even have moments of rupture and repair. Together our therapeutic relationship will be a full relationship that centers your growth and healing.

My clients would describe me as fun, honest, serious about their care and liberation, and direct when needed! They would say I listen to their needs and do my best to meet them. They would say I am someone who holds them accountable from a place of care rather than punishment. My clients would also say I give them the space to be themselves fully.

I specialize in working with folx who are navigating the world with multiple marginalized identities ie QTBIPOC etc. I specialize with those who may feel like so much of their time is spent on their emotions. Or those who have a hard time knowing what their intuition is or their sense of Self. I also work well with folx with strong need for systemic change.

I became a therapist because I believe people shouldn't suffer alone. I believe it is a honor and privilege to be on folx' healing journey even for a breif moment. I became a therapist to share space with those who may contemplate life every single day. I chose this career not to fix anyone, but to let people know: "it is okay to be you, YOU are cared for".
